1. Service Description
Tag History is a Shopify app that records tag changes on orders, products, and customers in your Shopify store. It is operated by Simplicity Apps, New South Wales, Australia.2. Your Responsibilities
By using Tag History you agree to:- Use the app in compliance with Shopify’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the app
- Keep your Shopify account secure
- Ensure your use of tag data complies with applicable privacy laws
3. Subscription & Billing
- The Free plan is available at no cost with a 30-change monthly limit
- Premium is billed at $14.99/month, charged through Shopify’s billing system
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled
- You may cancel at any time from the app’s Settings page; no refunds are provided for partial months
- Billing is handled entirely by Shopify; payment disputes should be directed to Shopify
4. Data & Privacy
- Tag history data is owned by you (the merchant)
- We do not sell your data
- All data is permanently deleted when the app is uninstalled

5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:- Planned or emergency maintenance periods
- Issues caused by Shopify platform outages
- Internet connectivity issues outside our control
6. Intellectual Property
The Tag History application, code, and branding are the property of Simplicity Apps. Your tag history data is your property.7. Limitation of Liability
Tag History is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for data loss caused by uninstallation, Shopify outages, or factors outside our control
